Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Within Pune: 1–2 business days

Within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or service availability in your area. While we are not responsible for courier-related delays, our support team will assist you with shipment tracking whenever possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • During sale periods or festive seasons, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 15 minutes of placing the order
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted
  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect customer details may not be eligible for refunds
  • Shipping, handling, or return courier charges may be deducted wherever applicable

Packaging & Handling

All nestcase products are carefully packed using protective packaging materials to minimize transit damage, especially fragile glassware and drinkware items.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking details via Email or SMS
  • Courier tracking link for shipment updates

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or missing item — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product images
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing images/videos (if available)

Requests raised beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or support.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please provide accurate shipping details and contact information
  • Ensure availability at the delivery address during expected delivery attempts
  • Re-delivery delays caused by customer unavailability may impact timelines

Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders

If delivery fails repeatedly due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept, or cancellation at the doorstep — the order may be returned to us.

  • No refunds will be issued if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or after three failed delivery attempts
  • Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of nestcase
  • A no-show delivery charge of ₹250, your order value, or prepaid amount (whichever is lower) may be deducted from store credit
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for resend requests
